In addition to treating hormone and skin conditions through nutritional advice, she specialises in diabetes prevention and management, and weight loss. Geraldine is regularly interviewed in Daily Mail, Femail, Diabetes Living, Women's Weekly, Mind Food and appears on Channel Nine's Today Extra. She is the co-author of The Gut Foundation Cookbook and wrote the dietary advice on behalf of Diabetes NSW and ACT.
